Helen would not wish us to be sad she would want us to be happy to have to have known her, to have shared some time in her company, to have eaten a meal with her and drank some wine. So don't cry for her, tears won't bring her back, but live a little of your life in memory of her by being a little kinder, being humble and being grateful for all that you have. The world would be a little better if we all lived with a little more Helen in our lives

what a woman,
what a wife,
what a mother,
what a true friend
what a great companion

She was a kind understanding, empathetic and generous human being.

In a ‘way too short’ 65 years Helen made the world a better place one day at a time. She made the world a brighter more colourful place as well with her no fear colour coordinated look of Oranges, Pinks, Reds and Greens
