It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Hazel, aged 74, at Addenbrooke's Hospital, Cambridgeshire, on Wednesday 29th April 2026, after a short illness. She had her son and daughter by her side. Wife to the late Stewart, a loving mum to Victoria and Tom, her dogs Boris and Kai, and a cherished grandma to William, Annabelle and Theo, auntie to Rachel, Jonathan and Henry, and sister to Maria and Sue. Hazel will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her. Mourners are wel-come to wear a touch of colour to reflect Hazel's love of casual informality. She will be remembered for her lifelong love of horses and devotion to her dogs.
Family flowers only please, by request. A funeral service to celebrate Hazel's life will take place on Monday 8th June at Grimsby Crematorium at 3pm. Donations in memory of Hazel may be made to Spaniel Rescue Foundation or given on the day of the service.
All enquiries to Lincolnshire Co-operative, Funeral Services, Tritton Road, Lincoln, LN6 7QY. Tel: 01522 534971.
