ChristineMACHIN(Née Boardman) It is with great sadness and regret for Tony, the beloved Husband to Christine for 51 years, to inform family and friends of her recent passing.

Surrounded by her devoted family, Christine passed away peacefully in the care of Ward 201 at The Royal Stoke University Hospital.

Christine leaves behind three cherished Sons Jason, Aaron and Lee. She is also Mother-in-Law to Bev, Debbie, Stacy and Katie. A wonderful Grandmother to her five Grandchildren Stacey, Leah, Kimberley, Cerise and Thea and Great-Grandmother to Isobel. A much loved Sister to John and the late Vincie, Brenda and Keith and much loved Aunt to Shaun, Vicky and Lauren. A very dear friend to many and will undoubtedly be missed by all.

Tony and family would like to thank all family and friends for their message of condolence and for their love and support during this difficult time. They also wish to extend their heartfelt thank you to all staff at RSUH who aided with the care of Christine.

The family wish to inform that a private service has been held as per the wishes of Christine. Therefore please kindly accept this notice as the only acknowledgement.

To the Machin Family. Tony & Christine were our neighbours many, many years ago in Chestnut Grove,Chesterton. I was very sad to hear of Christines passing. She was a lovely lady and I'm sure will be missed by many. My condolences to you all. Keith Mountford - Pennsylvania, USA.
