AnneMALLINSON (MBE)(née Hampshire ) On 4th April 2025 peacefully at Northern General Hospital, Sheffield aged 84 years.

Beloved wife of the late Roy Mallinson, dearly loved sister to John and sister-in-law to Margaret, loving aunt to Susan, her husband Keith and the late Shirley, great-aunt to Peter and his fiancé Elmira, John, Rebecca, Benjamin and Oliver.

Anne will be greatly missed by her family, friends, the community and all who knew her.

A remarkable lady who touched the lives of many.

The funeral service and committal will take place at Huddersfield Crematorium on Friday 2nd May 2025 at 2.45pm.

Would friends please accept this the only intimation and kindly meet at the crematorium.

Family flowers only please. Donations may be given in lieu, if desired, to RNLI and Diabetes UK for which a plate will be provided at the service.

My Auntie was more than just an Auntie, she was the head of our family, Queen Sheep. She kept her flock together and in line. She supported me in all I do, encouraging me to learn new things and giving me a good telling off if I was out of line. On holidays we were partners and sometimes she would order a cheeky room service breakfast or we would have a midnight milk and biscuits. She made me believe I can be anything and I will carry her belief in me with me as I grow older. Hopefully making her proud. I miss her so much and feel lost without her in my corner.
