DavidMALPASSPeacefully at rest on 15th May 2025 at the Royal Stoke University Hospital. David aged 58 years of Clayton. A much loved dad of Jack, Jess and Lauren.
David will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by all his loving family and friends.
Funeral service and cremation to be held at Carmountside Crematorium on Monday 2nd June 2025 at 11.00am. Will all relatives please accept this the only intimation, friends wishing to attend please meet at the crematorium.
