The obituary notice of Nevill MANGIN

It's hard to put in to words what a great man Nevill was as I don't think anything I could say will do him justice.. He always put others before himself and always showed a keen interest in anything I, or anyone else was doing. I used to love Christmas time when Nevill would travel to Nottingham and spend Christmas Day and Boxing Day at my parents house. I will also dearly remember the summer trips to Northumberland with my mother and Aunt Rosa to see Nevill, who would travel down for the week. He will leave a big hole in the family and I'm genuinely grateful to have been able to get to know what I consider to be one of the nicest human beings you could ever meet. Thank you for being such a great person and member of the family.
You have been such big part of my life growing up, and I have so many wonderful memories of the time I spent with you. You played such a huge part in making our family Christmas time as special as it possibly could be, for all the family.
You’re going to be greatly missed by everyone. You were a true gentleman, always putting others first and wanting the best for everyone.

To Nevill,
I feel so honoured to have known you. You have been so kind and loving to Mary and our family. Nothing was too much trouble. I will so miss our annual trips up to Scotland to visit you in your beautiful cottage and I will never forget the wonderful times spent with you in both Nottingham and Scotland.
