Timothy JohnMARTINIn loving memory of Tim. Devoted Dad to Amy and father-in-law to Matt. Survived by his two older sisters Jennifer and Jayne who will miss him dearly. Loved by countless nieces and nephews who will always remember his sense of humour and larger than life presence at family gatherings.
Tim left lasting impressions on all those he met and would always be there to lend a listening ear to those who needed it. His kindness and compassion will never be forgotten. It can truly be said that he had light in his heart right up until its final beat.

His funeral service will be held at Cheltenham Crematorium - June 25th 2025 at 1:30pm.
All who knew Tim welcome with open arms as we celebrate his 72 years of life.
If so inclined, we are asking for donations to "The Big Space Cancer Appeal" in lieu of flowers.

Sleep peacefully - we will miss you x

Uncle Tim, a caring gentle giant that put others before himself. No agendas, just there for others when they needed his support.
Whilst Tim was not in mine or our families life’s everyday, he played a large part of my forming years when I was growing up. I will not forget the trips to railway stations, airshows or the motor racing at Castle Combe. In later life, you would always be there with kind and supportive messages to me and the family. When you said you were proud of me and the family it meant so much Tim.
I was lucky over the last few years to have been able to share a few evenings with you.
You even invited me into your house, which I was so pleased you did and it mattered not how you chose to live. A simple dinner and chatting about life was special. You always had a view, a kind word and a cheeky laugh. One thing we always talked about was how proud you were of Amy and that she was settling down with Matt. Rest assured we will keep an eye on them and be there to support, just as you did for us.
You will leave a gap in all our life’s Tim. A super Uncle, Great Uncle and someone I knew I could chat too.
You are now at rest and having one last cheeky laugh will stay with me forever. Rest well uncle, and share a laugh with Nanny,
Grandad and Dad. Love Dave, Sally, Isabelle, Luke and Chloe xx
