Funeral service to be held at St Edmund's Chapel, West Suffolk Crematorium on Monday 30th July at 10:00 am. Family flowers only please, donations may be made payable to "Burwell Surgery" and left at the service or sent to Southgate of Newmarket, 25 Duchess Drive, Newmarket, CB8 8AG
