BrendaMATTISONpassed away peacefully on Thursday, November 21, at Pendlebrook Care Home, Oswaldtwistle, aged 77. She was a member of St Bartholomew's Church in Great Harwood. She enjoyed doing the flower arranging at St Bartholomew's Church, going on holidays, gardening and line dancing. She was the beloved wife of the late Jack, much loved mum of Linda and Gary, mother-in-law of Nick, loved and devoted grandma of Anthony, Lisha and Kira, a cherished great-grandma, dear sister of Sheila and Jim and a good friend to many. The funeral took place on Friday, December 6, with a service at St Bartholomew's Church, Great Harwood, at 1.20pm. The family then held a small private service at Accrington Crematorium at 2.20pm conducted by Rev Graham Birch. Donations are requested for The Christie or Bleakholt Animal Sanctuary.
