Funeral service to take place at Our Lady & St Benedict's RC Church, Abbey Hulton on Wednesday 15th May 2024 at 11:00am, followed by a burial at Carmountside Crematorium & Cemetery at 12:00pm. Flowers are welcome if desired, or donations to Cancer Research UK In Memory of Jack.
