Fortified with the rites of the Holy Catholic Church, on whose Soul Sweet Jesus have mercy, RIP. Patrick, the devoted partner of Lena, dearly loved dad of Kevin, Adrian & Stephen, respected father-in-law of Joanne, Elaine & Selina, treasured grandad of Dylan, Aidan, Erin, Brody & Quinn, loving brother of Martin & partner Tanya, nephew to Anne and a dear uncle. Patrick was much loved by Rhodna, Joe and was a cherished grandad figure to Nayomie and Lauren. He was a true friend to many who will always be loved and sadly missed. Slán a fhágáil mo chairde. A Private Funeral Service and Cremation will take place at Carmountside Crematorium on Thursday 14th May 2020 at 11am. Family flowers only, donations if desired would be gratefully accepted and divided equally between the Katharine House Hospice, the MS Society & the UHNM Charity c/o the funeral directors. A Memorial Service to celebrate Patrick's life will be announced at a later date.
