Ida NancyMELLORPeacefully at rest on Monday 17th February, surrounded by her loving family, Nancy aged 102 of Bradwell, devoted wife of the late Len, the dearly loved and treasured Mum of Janet, a dear Mother-in-Law to Stephen, a much loved Grandma to Sarah and Emily, a loving Great Grandma to Lucy, Harriet and Dylan, a very dear Sister, Sister-in-Law and Auntie and a good friend to many. Nancy, the co-founder of 'Mellor's Oatcakes' will be sadly missed but fondly remembered by all her loving family and friends. Thank you to all the staff at St. Mary's Nursing Home for the love and care you gave to Nancy during her time with you. Funeral service to take place at 11:00am at Bradwell Methodist Church on Wednesday 26th March, followed by a cremation at Bradwell Crematorium at 2:40pm. Family flowers only. Donations if desired to St. Mary's Nursing Home, Stone. Bright coloured attire welcomed.

Sending all our love to the family of Mrs Mellor.

Mrs and Mr Mellor were lovely friends to my Nan and Grandad Hancock who lived across from them on Ashcroft Road. Nancy was especially close to My Nan and especially once Nan struggled with her eyesight. When I lost My Mum tragically in 1987 I was just 14. Mrs Mellor always had time for me and Id often nip across for a chat. She was so welcoming like that. We came to her service today and were sorry we couldnt stay longer or to chat to you all although we did speak to Emily before leaving. What a wonderful service and loving family.

We shall miss Mrs Mellor greatly and never forget her kindness
