RobertMERCEL(Ashington). Peacefully in hospital after a short illness, on 5th January 2015, aged 73 years, Robert (Bob), devoted husband of the late Josephine (nee Anderson), dearly loved father of Allison, Robert and Andrew, a dear brother of Ann and Linda. Will be greatly missed by all. Funeral Service to take place at St. Andrew's & St. Mark's Church, Newbiggin on Wednesday 14th January at 12.00noon, followed by interment at Woodhorn Cemetery. Friends please meet at church. Family flowers only, donations in lieu if desired to Wansbeck General Hospital. A donation box will be available at the church.
