AnneMITCHELLDied peacefully at Waterside Court Care Home, Wallingford on June 2nd.
Mother to Michael, Kate and Simon, grandmother to Tatty and Harry, now reunited with her loving and devoted husband, Neil.
The funeral service will be held at South Oxfordshire Crematorium on July 15th. The service will be live streamed at 12noon. An interment of ashes in Wells Cathedral will follow in the autumn.
