As a local GP I referred many patients to Peter and knew him as a caring innovative surgeon who led an excellent team . Peter leaves the world a better place because of the way he lived his life . Niall Sinclair

A wonderful man, kind and caring. He supported me and my family when our daughter passed away. He's left a great legacy behind. Much love from the Brown family

So sad to hear of this news. Lots of fond memories of an excellent surgeon, patient focussed gentleman and medic. You always made me laugh and will always remember you for your support in my career.

Mr Moore was an exceptional surgeon who cared for me many years ago and later showed my father who had Alzheimer’s Disease considerable kindness and compassion during his treatment. Sincere condolences to his family.

Known as St. Peter in our house. Mr Moore operated on our son at a very young age and saved his life. In our thoughts, always and forever. Our thoughts are with his family at such a sad time xx
