William DavidMORRISPeacefully on 19th February 2025 at his home surrounded by his family, Dave.

Beloved husband of the late Pam, loving dad of Janet, Nigel and Ian, dear father-in-law of David and Gill, proud grandpa of Alex, Carly, Emma, Amy and Robbie, loving brother to Irene, brother-in-law and uncle. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.

Funeral service at Llanelli Crematorium
on Tuesday 18th March, at 3pm.

Dave was a wonderful friend and colleague. We worked together on heat transfer problems. Dave and Pam were most friendly and welcoming when I first moved to Swansea in 1995. RIP

I first met Professor David Morris when I started working for the university in Mechanical Engineering in the 1990s, working for David on the Rolls-Royce rotating heat transfer rig. He was very knowledgeable and respectful, never authoritarian, a true gentleman - I have always had a huge respect for him.
