Fran will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her. Resting at Rumney Funeral Home until the service to be held at All Saints' Church, Cyncoed on Thursday Feb 18 at 10.45am, followed by committal at Thornhill Crematorium, Wenallt Chapel at 11.45am.
