Father ArthurNEAREYPassed away peacefully on Friday 3rd July at North Manchester General Hospital after a long illness, aged 74. Beloved elder brother to Stephen, Kathy, Mike; Loving Uncle, Cousin, and dear friend to Jenny. Father Arthur was a Parish Priest for 34 years at St Marys RC Church, Littleborough, before retirement. He will be sadly missed by all of the parishioners and the clergy at the Salford Diocese. The private funeral will take place at St Marys RC Church, Littleborough on Wednesday 22nd July at 11.30am. Due to Coronavirus restrictions, attendance is by invitation only. A Memorial Mass will be held when possible. Family flowers only.
