Vivian AlecNETHERCOTTSadly on Friday 4th October, Viv passed away peacefully at Ty Llandaff Care Home, with his family by his side.
Beloved Father to Tracey, Hayley, Jonathan, Michael, Justine and Anthony and a loving Father-in-law. Loving Brother to Kathleen and the late Sten and Dorothy. Beloved Son of the late Arthur and Ruby. Cherished Grandfather known as 'DadViv' to all his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Viv was well known as a shopkeeper at Nethercott's (Cimelli's/Smellies) on James Street, The Docks in the mid 1950s until early 1970s. He then became a publican at the Kings Arms, Llanvetherine and latterly a well-respected financier.
Resting at J.Pidgeon & Son, 539 Cowbridge Road East, Victoria Park, Cardiff until his Service on Monday 21st October at Thornhill Crematorium, Wenallt Chapel at 10:30am.
