Janet ElizabethNOELIt is with great sadness to announce that Janet, aged 76 years, passed away peacefully on Monday 27th January 2025 with her loving husband by her side whilst in the care of Diana Princess of Wales Hospital.

A much loved wife to Mike, a wonderful mum to Tracy and Lorraine, a loving grandma to Phoebe, Maddy and George, Janet was also a dear sister, auntie, mother in law a great friend to many and will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

A service to celebrate the life of Janet will take place at Grimsby Crematorium on Friday 28th February at 10.30am.

I unfortunately didn't get to see her often, however it was more than apparent that she had a very big heart and deeply cared about everyone she met.

She very easily lit up the room and had the ability to make everyone smile no matter the situation.

You will not be forgotten and I will continue to fulfill the promise of taking care of Maddy.

May you rest in peace.

Grandma, every weekend I spent with you was something I’ll never forget. From you teaching me how to swim to those cozy movie nights, you made everything so special. I’ll miss you more than I can say, but I’ll carry all those memories with me forever.
