NORMAN DOUGLASDOUGLAS (Wallsend). Peacefully after a long illness bravely borne at the Marie Curie Hospice on Thursday 10th July 2008, aged 63 years, Norman, beloved husband of Gillian, a loving dad of Caroline and Christopher, step dad to Brendan and Lisa, also a dear father-in-law of Paul and Lynda, a much loved grandad of Layla and Kole and dearly missed by his brothers and sister. Would family and friends please meet at the West Road Crematorium, on Monday 21st July at 1.00pm. Family flowers only please, donations if so desired to Marie Curie Hospice (Newcastle), for which a retiring collection will be available. All welcome afterwards for refreshments at The Falcons Nest, Gosforth Park.
