I think this is the Kenneth who I coached basketball at Norbury Manor School (Croydon) when he was 13 years old.
He was the most talented boy I have ever coached and a very likeable young man. I often wondered what became of him.
For example did he become a professional player?
When I searched for him on google ten years ago I found nothing but (because of his death) several websites now say a lot about him. I'm a bit upset that he died aged 64. You don't expect one of your students (especially an athlete) to die at this age.
I have a little bit of pride that I started his basketball journey.

Ken was one of the biggest influences in my life, I met him when he was lecturing business at Sunderland University and worked for him for 4 years in the early 90s. I am a teacher and was just telling the students how great he was when I saw the sad news. I will always be grateful for his kindness. Stephen C

My Dear Lucy and Family.
My goodness, what an awful shock!
I just couldn't believe I was reading this.
Your lovely Dad...always so friendly and chatty in Perry & Jordan...truly, a lovely man. You really must be all totally devastated ....poor Mum too of course. I never met Mum only you. My sincere, heartfelt thoughts to you all.
You'll miss him terribly.....he will always be walking by your side Lucy.
My heart ❤ goes out to you all with much love and extreme sadness.
