Andrew DuncanOZZIE OWENOwen passed away suddenly after a short illness on 9th July 2011, aged 58 years at the Royal Derby Hospital on the Macmillan Unit. Loving dad to Andrew, Kevin and Georgia, stepdad to Karren and Joanne. Beloved grandad to Joseph, Tyler and Lacey. Brother, uncle and friend to many. Funeral service to be held at Markeaton Crematorium on Thursday 21st July at 4pm. At Ozzie's request Derby shirts may be worn. Floral tributes may be sent c/o G. Sorry for missing the anniversary but still thinking of you Ozz, I wont lie and say it's every day but it's never too long before something reminds me of you. Had a rough patch myself for a while but better now. The Rams escaped releg. by the skin of their teeth last year but full of promise now with a new manager. Was thinking about that time we slept under those bushes in Bristol and the fantastic weekend that followed. Couldn't stop laughing (or lolling as they call it now).

Good news Oz. Rams promoted back to championship. Onwards and Upwards hopefully.
I still miss you now'n again. Little things remind me of us in the 70's

I worked with Ozzie in the 1970's, we were working in Burnley, the Dunlop Factory. He wad a true character.
