Heather, dearly loved and loving mum of Frances, Charlotte and Stephen, dear mother-in-law of Greg and Darran, beloved grandma of Liam, Abigail and Darcy, precious daughter of Mrs. Florence and the late Mr. George Cook, much loved sister of Christine, Brian, Hilary, Jennifer and Nigel and a wonderful auntie, dear sister-in-law and friend to all who knew her. A Service to celebrate her life will be held at Huddersfield Crema- torium, Fixby, on Wednesday August 19th 2015 at 10.30 a.m. Friends please accept this intimation and meet at the Crematorium. Family flowers only, donations in memory of Heather may be sent to George Brooke Ltd., for the benefit of Kirkwood Hospice and The Macmillan Nurses Fund.
