Hi Mum,

Missing you still everyday. Nearly 17 years since you left us on 27th June. My boys Zachary and Noah would have loved you and you would have been a brilliant Grandma. It doesn’t seem fair you miss out. They know all about you though! Love you so much Mum and believe we will meet again one day. Harriet 💖

Dear Marita and Brooke,

Thanks for your kind words and messages. I am the oldest daughter of Noelle and it is nice to hear your kind words about the wonderful person my Mum was before she was taken from us suddenly with liver cancer.

I am sure she had a wonderful time with you both she was always telling me about her past and the Isle of Wight festival sounded great fun! Thanks so much for thinking of my mum after all these years it is very kind of you.

Lots of Love,

Harriet Goddard xx (older daughter of Noelle Palmer)

I was trying to trace the whereabouts of Noelle and was shocked to discover she died so young.

We shared a precious year together in 1971 including a memorable Easter holiday with friends in Cornwall. She was wise beyond her years and was generous with her support for me during a mental breakdown. I feel so sad I never tried to get in touch earlier.

I just found out that you are no longer with us.

We had a good time in the 70ies, travelling together and also enjoying the Isle of Whigt Festival in 1970.
What a pity that we never met again.

My thoughts are with your family ...
