WilliamPALMER(Bill) Passed away peacefully on Thursday 31st August 2017, aged 83 years. Beloved husband of Margaret, loving father of Vicky and Jonathan and a very proud grandfather of Sarah, Stephanie and Samantha. Service to be held at St Mary's Church, Cottingham on Monday 11th September at 11.00am followed by interment at Eppleworth Road Cemetery. Family flowers only please, but donations if desired to Parkinson's UK. Resting at H. Kemp & Son Ltd. Telephone 844695
