FrankPARKEROn Sunday 27th January 2019, Frank of Winkleigh passed away peacefully at the North Devon District Hospital, aged 85 years old. Much loved Dad to Kevin, Karen, Simon, Jon and a dear father in-law, Granfer, great- Granfer and Brother. He will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. Funeral Service at All Saint's Parish Church, Winkleigh on Wednesday 13th February 2019 at 12 noon, followed by a Cremation at Barnstaple Crematorium at 13.40pm.
