PhilipPARKERPassed away at home on 8th October 2020, aged 103 years. A beloved husband of the late Ellen, Father of John, Rob, Ann and Sue, Grandfather of 10 and Great Grandfather of 18. A private funeral service will be held on Wednesday 28th October. Donations are being collected for RNLI. C/O Ernest Cocks & Sons, 47 Seymour Road, Gloucester, GL1 5PS.

Philip Parker, or Mr Parker as I always called him, was the most wonderful person, teacher and friend. He changed my life around many years ago. Making me realise that you didn't have to be frightened of new challenges... you embraced them. I have the most special memories of an amazing man that will stay with me forever.
