Edward (Eddie)PARKESI would like to express my sincere thanks to those who supported me whilst Eddie was in Hospital, Maple Leaf House, Hospital, Myton and finally returning to Maple Leaf House; they were there to help with visiting and listening when I needed them. I would also like to thank the staff of Maple Leaf House for their care of Eddie and the support they gave me particularly in the final few days of his life. A thank you to Rachel Prescott for her support and assistance through the years he suffered from Parkinson's. Finally, but not least, for the numerous messages I have received following his passing and to all those who attended the celebration of his life - it was not a funeral -for Revd Greg Smith for his words and assistance and to Darren and his staff at A J Lloyd Funeral Directors.
