JohnPARKINSON(Jack) (Blackpool Jack) It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack Parkinson on Sunday 28th November, 2021. Eldest son of the late Joseph Edwin Parkinson and the late Elizabeth McIntyre, he was a devoted husband to the late Doris, loving father of Deborah & John, father-in-law to Rik & Alison and grandad to Erika & Iain. Also a much loved brother of the late Neil Edwin Parkinson & brother-in-law to Betty, and an uncle to Catherine, Ian & Heather. Jack spent 40 happy years in Coventry where he and Doris raised their family. Jack died peacefully in his beloved Scotland. A private cremation will be followed by a service of celebration at St. Michael's Parish Church in Linlithgow on Thursday 16th December at 12:30. Family flowers only. Donations welcome in memory of Jack for the Aspire Linlithgow Community Project at www.stewardship.org.uk/pages/aspirelinlithgow
