Service takes place on Tuesday, November 16 in the Chapel of St. Bede, Teesside Crematorium at 1.00pm. Would friends please meet at Crematorium Chapel. Family flowers only please by request, donations in lieu, if so desired, to Teesside Hospice, a donation box will be available at the service.
