Robert WilliamPETTIGREWIt is with great sadness to announce that Robert, aged 80 years, passed away peacefully at home on 17th June 2026, following a short illness bravely fought with dignity and courage, with his loving family by his side.
A much loved husband to Irene, a cherished Dad to Nick & Kelly, Georgina & Simon and Kate, a wonderful Grandad to Jack, Mollie, Tom, George, Phoebe, Arthur, Sam, Katrina and Callum. Robert was also a dear brother, Uncle, Brother-in-law, Godfather, a great friend to many and will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
A Service to Celebrate the Life of Robert will take place at St Helen's Church, Brigsley on Thursday 16th July at 1.15pm. Followed by a private cremation at Grimsby Crematorium.
By request family flowers only but donations in memory of Robert can be made to Macmillan Nurses, a donation box will be available on the day.
