Passed away peacefully on Saturday, 3rd May 2025 It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Alan Phillips, aged 90 years, who died peacefully at home on Saturday, 3rd May 2025.
A devoted and loving husband to Mary, Alan was the much-loved father of Cheryl and a cherished father-in-law to David. He was dearly loved by his Grandchildren, Gemma and Dafydd, and will be hugely missed by his five Great-grandchildren, who brought him so much joy. Alan's warmth, wisdom, and gentle presence touched all who knew him. He will be remembered with great love and affection by family and friends alike.
A Thanksgiving Service to celebrate Alan's life will be held on Thursday 29th May at 3pm at AG Adams Funeral Home, Barry, followed by a committal service at Cardiff and the Vale Crematorium, Barry.
Flowers are welcome or donations in Alan's memory will be given to The Vale Food Bank.
