Born Plymouth, Grew up in Callington, Cornwall Education, Callington Comprehensive, Essex University. Scholarships in scientific supercomputing to Japan. Spent many years as a lecturer at Cardiff University. Enjoyed sports, hang gliding, kick boxing, chess, archery, fishing, skiing, qualified as a diver etc. spoke French, German and Japanese. Enjoyed cooking. Resting at Coles Funeral Directors, 792 Newport Road, Rumney CF3 4FH until the funeral service to be held on Thursday March the 9th 2023 at Thornhill Crematorium Briwnant Chapel at 10.30am.
