CarolePOOLEIt is with great sadness we announce the death of our Mum, Mum-in-Law, Nanna and Great Nanna, Carole Poole. Following a short battle, she died peacefully on 8th April 2025. Now reunited with our Dad Brian after 42 years 🤍
Mum's funeral will be held at Countesthorpe Crematorium on Tuesday 6th May at 2pm. All welcome.
We hold you close within our hearts
And there you shall remain
And walk with us throughout our lives
