Arthur RichardPOWELLDick Passed away peacefully on Tuesday 15th September 2020, aged 93 years. Very much loved husband to Kathleen, loving Dad to Angela and Judith, a special Grandpa to his five Grandchildren and two Great-Grandchildren. Richard's funeral service will be held on Thursday 1st October at South Leicestershire Memorial Park & Crematorium, Countesthorpe, at 1pm.
