To a wonderful man, who taught me how to tie a tie, to shave, to defend myself against bullies, to work hard, and to be the best i could be.
we had our differences, but over the years we were able to grow our relationship, and now as an adult I understand a lot of those lessons you taught me that I didn't understand at the time.
You didn't just become a father figure in my life, you helped raise me and made me feel like your own flesh and blood, and for that i am truly grateful, for giving me space in your heart.
I wished I'd married my soulmate earlier, while you were still here, so you could be there to see us there on the day. When the time comes, regardless of venue, of seating plans, of dates, there will be a seat reserved for you with your name on, so you can continue to watch over us, and save your legs. and to remind me of the man that made me who I am today.
Rest in Peace, and know that you are thought of and missed every single day.
