I remember Ken as a really lovely gentleman, who on our weekly visits to the post office with my parents(Kath and Edgar Howarth), was gentle thoughtful and kind . The visits were a treat and I know my late parents valued his friendship . My condolences go out to all the family .

It's so sad to hear this news, I've lived at Mount all my life and Kenneth was such a well known and popular figure who will be sadly missed. Sending love to all his family and friends,

Ken ran the Mount Post Office for many years.
He was a good friend and one of the original customers at my garage at Mount.
Rest in peace Ken .
