He will be dearly missed by all his family and friends.
The funeral service will take place on Wednesday, December 20 at Accrington Crematorium at 12.20pm.
The family have requested family flowers only and donation if so desired to The Stroke Unit at Blackpool Victoria Hospital. Funeral directors:
