MarjorieRILEYof Woodcroft Street,
Rawtenstall passed away peacefully at home
surrounded by her family on March 6, aged 83 years.

Marjorie started at Mullards Bacup, married
her husband Geoff then moved to Dunnockshaw
Farm before retiring to Cumbria and then coming
back to Rossendale to spend time with family.

She enjoyed gardening, spending time with her
family and friends, shopping and she loved creative writing.

She served on Burnley Council for many years
and was highly involved in the farming community.

Wife of the late Geoff, Marjorie leaves four children, Mick, Stev, Yvonne and Geoff, daughter-in-laws Trisha, Mandy and Paula. She had 10 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, brother Eddie and sister Mavis and Freda and nephews and nieces.

A service will be held on Monday, March 17 at
Accrington Crematorium at 2.20pm, conducted by
Neil Overton, family flowers and donations to Epilepsy Society UK
