A funeral Service will be held on Monday 20th May, 12.30pm at St James Funeral Home, 31 St James Gardens, Uplands SA1 6DT followed by interment at Oystermouth Cemetery, 1.45pm.
Family flowers only, a donation in lieu of flowers may be made on the day of the funeral in memory of Pat.
