Ken was a true gentleman, a man who made a great impression on me. He gave me my first job at Scunthorpe Health Authority back in 1983 and turned a very shy young man into an outgoing & self confident not so young man by the time I left & married in 1988.

I know he loved his family dearly, his wife Sue and his late daughter Sarah, indeed the last time I saw Ken was at his daughters funeral where he greeted me like a long lost friend even though we had not been in touch for over 20 years.

Ken was a man who left a great impression on everyone he met & will be remembered fondly, I wish I had known about his death so I could have paid my last respects, RIP Ken
