Leslie GeorgeROBINSONWe are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Leslie Robinson, who died on 3rd July 2025 after a courageous battle with brain cancer.
Les was a devoted husband to Tracy, a much-loved father to Katy, and a cherished grandfather to Isla May. He was also a dear brother, brother-in-law, uncle, father-in-law, son-in-law, and a respected and valued friend to many, past and present.
Les grew up in Derbyshire, where he discovered his love of hill walking while exploring the local countryside. His early work in the hospitality industry in Bakewell marked the beginning of a long and well-regarded career. Les was known for going the extra mile and for helping make many weddings truly memorable - most recently during his time at Kenwick Park.
A service to celebrate Les’s life will be held at Grimsby Crematorium on Friday, 1st August 2025, at 10:30 am. Following the service, all are welcome to join us for the wake at Kenwick Park, Louth. We are very grateful to the team at Kenwick Park for kindly hosting the gathering in Les’s memory.
