Huge condolences to Mark’s family and friends. He was a real gentleman and I always loved being in his company. A road trip to Rothbury Folk Festival with him is a warm memory of the man he was. RIP, Mark.

So sorry for your loss. I was in polytechnic with Mark, such a friendly, warm character. I reconnected with him few years ago after we lost touch and I'm so glad i did. Thank you for the laughter and the way you took me under your wing when i was in Newcastle poly. Always a smile and i shall miss our texts. God bless you and condolences to family and friends. Such a huge loss ❤️x
