ClaireROSSITERClaire Rossiter (née Mahon) 88, died peacefully in her sleep on September 24th 2026.
She is survived by her husband Leo Rossiter, daughters Geraldine and Hazel, their husbands Cliff and Brendan, grandchildren Katherine, Séan and Sam, her two great-grandsons Ronan and Rory, and her sister Theresa.
Claire is predeceased by her parents Michael and Katherine Mahon and five siblings Joe, Breda, Maura, Eamonn and Séamus, their spouses Pat, Larry, Sean and Brenda and her brother-in-law Brendan. She will be greatly missed by her nieces, nephews, and special friends whom she loved dearly.
Claire was a world traveler and entrepreneur who never shrank from a challenge. Born in Ireland she lived in many countries around the world before settling in Cambridge, England in her later years.
A funeral mass will be held at St. Laurence Catholic Church on 91 Milton Road, Cambridge at 10:30am on Friday October 9th with a reception to follow. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Society.
