AllanROWLANDSNovember 29, 2021. Allan passed away on the 29th November 2021 aged 85 years. Much loved Husband to Betty, Dad to Alison and Father-in-law to Pete. The funeral will take place at 10.30am on Friday 17th December 2021 at St. Mark's Church, Saltney, followed by burial at Hawarden Cemetery.
