Ernest GeorgeRUFFLERRUFFLER - ERNEST GEORGE (ERNIE), 24/06/42 - 18/01/21. It is with great sadness that we are announcing the death of our much loved Ernie. He was the best husband to Ria, dad to Nicola and Louisa, grandad to Alis and Catharine and father in law to Dylan and Alex. He passed away peacefully in hospital with his family by his side. Ernie will be dearly missed by all who knew him but has left us all with many happy memories that will live on. Forever in our hearts and minds. 'Sure and Steadfast'. We would like to give our heartfelt thanks to all of the dedicated staff who cared for Ernie on Ward 15 in Aintree hospital and on Ward 4 in Clatterbridge Cancer Centre, Liverpool.
