AudreyRUTHERFORD(Gateshead) Peacefully at home in the arms of her loving family on February 18th aged 85 years. Audrey, cherished wife of the late Edwin, adored Mam of Ian and Denise and special Mother-in-Law of Jo and Simon. Fantastic Nannie of David, Daniel, Jacki and Jodi, loving Great-Nannie to Henry, Isla and Olivia. Special Sister to Joyce and the late Jean, Norman and Sheila. Also dear Sister-in-Law, Auntie, Great-Auntie and friend of many. Friends please meet for a service at South Shields Crematorium, John Reid Road, South Shields on Wednesday March 12th at 2.00pm, no black please a splash of colour may be worn if desired. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu to support Age UK Gateshead, namely House on the Hill, Dementia Day Centre for the fantastic work they do. Donations can be made via a retiring collection at the Crematorium or by visiting Audreys Much Loved Tribute page. All are welcome to join the family at The Fiddlers Three, Albion Street, High Heworth, Gateshead to continue the celebration of Audrey's life.
