Special thanks to the Doctors and nursing staff at Manchester Royal Infirmary for their devoted care and attention to Michael during his illness. Many thanks to Canon Jonathan Brandon and to Deacon Robert Dykes for their kind words and comforting ministrations at this very difficult time.
