The funeral will take place on the 17th April, 9am at Bristol South Crematorium. Due to the current situation only close family can attend. All our hearts are broken, mum, but we now know you are on your final journey home to meet all your loved ones who will be waiting for you. No more pain, mum. Rest in peace. We love you so much, mum. The family of Cassie would like to say a big heartfelt thank you to each and every member of staff at Hartcliffe Nursing Home for the wonderful support that mum received whilst in their care.
